Darshana Singh stressed the need to familiarise the younger generation with important chapters of the country’s political history. Referring to the Emergency and the anti-Sikh riots of 1984, she said such historical events would also be presented before the youth with facts and proper context.

Dr Bindal said the BJP had reorganised its earlier 74 mandals into 171 mandals and created 17 organisational districts in Himachal Pradesh. The organisational structure has also been constituted at nearly 8,000 polling booths, while the formation of various morchas and cells has been completed.

According to available information, a goods vehicle carrying devotees lost control on a downhill stretch around two kilometres from the Peer Nigah temple and fell into a roadside gorge. Around 50 devotees, including women, men and children, were reported injured and were taken to the Regional Hospital, Una, for treatment.

Bhardwaj said the Congress government shut down the Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission citing alleged irregularities but has yet to make the findings of its investigation public. he questioned why the government has not released a white paper identifying those responsible if serious irregularities were indeed found.

Former Union Minister and Member of Parliament Anurag Singh Thakur will be among the prominent leaders attending the meeting. Leader of Opposition Jairam Thakur, BJP Himachal Pradesh State In-charge Shrikant Sharma and State Co-Incharge Sanjay Tandon will also participate in the high-level deliberations.

Tandon further said that whenever Himachal Pradesh has faced natural disasters, the Narendra Modi Government has stood firmly with the people of the State. He highlighted that the Centre announced a ₹1,500 crore special assistance package for relief and rehabilitation, along with additional support for national highways, rural housing and disaster recovery.

Dr. Rajeev Bindal and Jai Ram Thakur said that party workers and well-wishers across the state were concerned after learning about Harsh Mahajan's sudden health issue. They informed that, according to the doctors, he was admitted due to dehydration and low blood pressure, and that there is no heart blockage or any other cardiac problem. They expressed relief that his condition is stable and improving rapidly and prayed for his continued good health and long life.

The leaders alleged that false cases are being registered against BJP-backed elected councillors and representatives, while members of Block Development Committees (BDCs) and other elected bodies are being threatened and pressured through the misuse of administrative authority and political influence to alter the democratic mandate.

Dr. Bindal said that after the elections were announced, BJP appointed in-charges, co-in-charges, and election teams across the state and carried out extensive organizational preparations. He informed that BJP won 120 out of the total 229 seats in 25 Municipal Councils, while Congress secured 89 seats and others won 20 seats. BJP also performed strongly in Nagar Panchayats and secured clear leads in many areas.
