Nadda stressed the need for effective utilisation of Central funds, timely administrative decisions, regular monitoring and stronger coordination between the Centre and the State Government. The Chief Minister said that the Computer –cum- CBT Lab would facilitate the youth of Shimla district to appear for their computer tests of various examinations at HPU being conducted by the H.P. Rajya Chayan Aayog, otherwise they have to go other districts to appear for their computer related examinations. He said that about 250 youths could avail this facility in this CBT Lab.

On the other hand, Congress continued to witness complaints and reports of internal dissatisfaction, but failed to take any substantial disciplinary action. BJP leaders claimed that Congress’ indecisiveness and lack of action have created confusion and dissatisfaction among its own workers.
