Dr Bindal said the BJP had reorganised its earlier 74 mandals into 171 mandals and created 17 organisational districts in Himachal Pradesh. The organisational structure has also been constituted at nearly 8,000 polling booths, while the formation of various morchas and cells has been completed.

He said there can be political debate over the Congress party’s historical position and the decisions taken in 1937 regarding the singing of Vande Mataram, and every political party has the democratic right to present its views. However, such a debate cannot become a justification for personal insults or indecent language against a political opponent.

He further alleged that the state government had increased the financial burden on the people by raising the prices of electricity, diesel, cement and other essential commodities, pushing Himachal Pradesh into a deep crisis instead of accelerating development.

Dr. Bindal further said that the Congress must explain why it is trying to politicise the future of students. While the Government is strengthening the examination system through greater transparency, security, and accountability, the Congress is attempting to exploit students' emotions for narrow political gains. He asserted that the BJP will never allow such attempts to succeed.

"The people of Himachal Pradesh have made up their minds to wipe out the Congress from the state," he said, expressing confidence that the BJP will continue to strengthen its position in the coming elections.

He further alleged that the Congress government is targeting BJP-backed elected representatives in an attempt to disqualify them and alter the numerical strength in the Municipal Corporation. According to him, these actions are aimed at overturning the clear mandate given by the people of Solan.

The Leader of Opposition also accused the government of intimidating BJP-backed elected representatives through vigilance inquiries, false cases, transfers of relatives, and administrative pressure to influence the democratic process. He cited alleged irregularities in the election process at Sujanpur Municipal Council and claimed that established voting procedures were ignored.
