On the first day, Prof. (Dr.) Umesh V. Banakar delivered an expert lecture on **Drug Dissolution**. He explained the fundamentals of dissolution testing, its significance in pharmaceutical sciences and its important role in the drug development process. He also highlighted how dissolution testing contributes to evaluating the performance and quality of pharmaceutical formulations.

The sacred Havan was conducted amidst the chanting of Vedic hymns. Dr. Ran Singh, Managing Director, Dr. Mahender Singh Ashawat, Director-cum-Principal, faculty members, staff, and newly admitted students participated with devotion, offering oblations and praying for a prosperous, successful, and obstacle-free academic year.

He further noted that yoga contributes not only to physical fitness but also to mental wellness, inner peace, and emotional stability. According to him, yoga can play a significant role in fostering harmony and peace in society and across the world.

The sudden loss of the young student has left his family devastated and has deeply saddened relatives, friends, classmates, teachers, and residents of the area. His last rites were performed at the family's native cremation ground, where a large number of people gathered to pay their final respects.

The MLA said that no words can truly ease the pain of losing a beloved child. He prayed that God grants strength, courage, and fortitude to the family to bear this immense tragedy.

In a condolence message, the school described Yuvan as a bright, kind-hearted, and cheerful student who will always be remembered for his warm smile and gentle nature. The school community expressed its heartfelt sympathies to the bereaved family and prayed for strength during this difficult time.

The entire event witnessed a beautiful blend of emotions, happiness, and excitement. At the end of the programme, Professor Dr. C.P.S. Verma delivered the vote of thanks and expressed gratitude to the Chief Guest, management, faculty members, and students for making the event successful.

Vulnerable groups such as children and the elderly face a significantly higher risk during heatwaves. Ensuring they remain indoors during peak heat, are dressed in light clothing, and receive adequate fluids is crucial. Special care must be taken never to leave children inside parked vehicles, as temperatures inside can rise rapidly to fatal levels within minutes.

On this occasion, Heads of Departments including Prof. Dr. Vinay Pandit, Prof. Dr. CPS Verma, Prof. Dr. Amardeep, Dr. Praveen Kumar, and Dr. Shiv Kumar, along with all faculty members, extended their heartfelt congratulations and wished the students a bright future.
