The BJP leader emphasized that the state has compromised the dignity of constitutional offices and called for a high-level central agency probe into the entire matter, including the specific role of the Chief Minister and his office.“Himachal Pradesh is known as a peaceful and patriotic state. It's unfortunate that such actions have undermined its image and the rule of law. The truth must emerge, and accountability must be ensured,” Sharma concluded.

He emphasized that the matter concerning the accused is sub judice and the courts will decide their guilt or innocence. “However, turning this into a confrontation between two police forces is an assault on federal principles and the rule of law,” he said.

Prasad stated that these people first manipulated accounts to take over this company, acquired properties worth thousands of crores in its name, and then claimed that they were being framed, whereas the law is simply doing its work and this case is from before the Bharatiya Janata Party government came to power. 

"Waris Punjab De' chief Amritpal Singh has been declared a fugitive. His two cars were seized and gunmen nabbed. We also checked if the firearms of his security escorts had been procured legally. A case has been registered. Punjab Police have launched a manhunt for Amritpal Singh and we are hopeful that he will be arrested soon.
