Under the watchful eye of Chief Guest Shri Mukesh Kumar, Deputy Inspector General, the event unfolded on the centre's sprawling campus, transforming it into a bastion of pride and solidarity. Upon his arrival, Kumar received a resounding Guard of Honour, setting a tone of reverence and resolve.
