A meeting to review the status of implementation of Hospital Management system in selected Hospital was held in the conference hall of Zonal Hospital Dharamshala on 14/05/2024
The meeting was chaired by CMO kangra Dr Rajesh Guleri and was attended by State consultant HMIS Sh Devender Sen , MOH kangra Dr Rajesh Sood , SMO ZH Dharamshala Dr Sunil Bhatt , all District Program officers , all BMOs , all program managers , block accountants and MIS operators attended the meetings
Dr rajesh guleri informed that few Hospital of the District have been selected for implementation of Hospital information system which include Tanda medical college , ZH Dharamshala , Civil Hospitals Palampur, Nurpur, Dehra, Baijnath , Nagrota Bagwan , Kangra and jawalamukhi shall soon have computerised system for registration, billing and capturing clinical data of the patients. Soon it will be integrated with the ABHA ids of beneficiaries hence enabling the health care provider to have access to clinical data of pt on a click of mouse
This is a very ambitious project of Govt and CMO requested all state holders to take personal interest for the early initiation of the system in all identified hospitals
The state consultant shall also visit the hospitals to assess the implementing stage of each Hospital
As of now , ZH Dharamshala has already started the system which has been developed by CDAC mohali and supported by State Natiinal Health mission Shimla
